I have some free and clear 5 acre parcels in southern Colorado that I want to trade for a 40'-50' sailboat. Any idea where I can post an ad to trade. I can add some cash but not much and I have seen similiar lots sell on Ebay. My email is gradypi@bendcable.com

You can post a free WANT AD on Gear Here on this site. See Related link below. Alternatively, you could place ads in one or more local sailing rags such as 48North (Puget Sound), Latitude 38 (SF Bay area), Spinsheet (Chesapeke area). Best of luck! Trevor
