yes, it has now been 8 days since first asking Rigrite...snow in Rhode Island.
Still hoping that someone has a broken mast piece.

Jim, don't wait for Rigrite to return your calls or contact you by e-mail. They won't. (my experience) You have to keep calling them until you get a real person to answer the phone. Apparently they don't know how to retrieve messages on their answering machine. Only been waiting 8 days? Not bad. I tryed for two months to place an order for a new boom section. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if they had to do any labor.

I have spoken with Rigrite and they claim the warehouse in Rhode Island where they store the Kenyon parts is snowed in.

Have located a mast section and in transit. So pull my wanted request.
Note that RigRite never called me...not to this day. 16 days after I called Rigrite the first time.
