The time has come for me to make an early foray into my dream of seperating from the madness of my current existance and moving to the water. Since it will take some time to divest my landside life through the normal channels I thought to short cut this by asking if there's a sailor out there that's tired of sea life and might want to talk about trading out for a good business,and/or a house and land,and/or some beautiful mountain acreage,and/or a couple of large commercial lots near a thriving medical complex.
