Huge potential viewing area on the eastern seaboard tonight for the launch and deployment of colorful clouds from Wallops Island (eastern shore Virginia). Part of a NASA study of upper air currents. They were going to launch the deployment rocket last night but apparently some bozo boaters didn't hear the Securite that was broadcast on Ch16 and they wandered into the downrange area.
