Hi all

Having chosen not to replace my volvo md1 (dont replace whats not
broken)my engine over heated and filled my cabin with smoke!!! i
switched the engine off incase of fire (Engine very hot)since then it
refuses to start , i have fuel coming to injector, water coming
through pump, and air going in filter, the engine turns over no
problem ,but will not ignite and start any suggestions, could it be
cylinder heads been cooked, also black smoke and oil coming out the
back!!!!!!

Hi Dave

Sounds like you have cooked the engine. Need to check the compression first. I expect compression is shot.

-scrape barnacles from prop
