I've got a 2005 Beneteau 343 with a Vitrifrigo C 130L refrigerator. It cools well, but is constantly frosting up and dripping water onto its floor. Has anyone else had this problem, and what is the fix? Thanks.

Seems as though the door is not sealing properly when closed.

Yup. We reduced our condensation by about 90% when we put some thin foam "weatherstripping" on the flange that our lid rests on.

Excessive frosting is usually from air leaks around refer door. If your cabinet door is attached to refer door, is it too tight - maybe from refer set further back. Else, try trapping a thin piece of paper in the door seal and pulling out. Should be some resistance all the way around. If it pulls out easily check the seal to see if flattened from age, torn or pulled loose. You may need new seal. Probably available in rv store for less than from bene.
Other possibilities - overcharged w refrigerent or rpm set too high or controls set too cold.

Thanks. I thought it might be a seal leak, but wasn't sure how to test it. The paper trick should work great. Thanks very much for the tip.
