Hi Vegatarians,

Sorry sorry, sorry that I gave some of you the Badtrans B virus. But I understand I am not the only one.
The worst is that you don't know you have it, where it came from either to whom it has gone.

BUT NOW MY COMPUTER IS HEALTHY AGAIN!!!!!!

I'll never more open an attachment without a text of the sender!

The Badtrans B virus was a terrible virus, but it did not destroy your hard disk. There now is a bad virus named 'Goner' and that virus will destroy your harddisk. It offers you a new screensaver. So, don't open it!!!

Don't feel bad Yvonne, it hapens to everyone that goes on-line eventually. The best protection is to not use Microsoft Windows and, if you must use Windows, avoid using Outlook for e-mail. My good friend Pete, who introduced me to the internet about eight years ago when he announced that his company was switching from print media to web site developement, uses Macintosh exclusively. Another Internet professional I know uses Linux and Unix and both of them always chide me because I use Windows (I use windows because my computers are provided by my employer and, of course, there must be compatability throughout the company). We do use virus protection software though it only stops known bugs. Unlike my co-workers though I have deleted MS Outlook and instead use Eudora Pro for email. This has, so far, saved me from spreading any virus.
