We spent a week on the St Johns between Astor and Palatka mostly sailing lake George a few yrs ago. lake George was much bigger than I'd expected and gave us plenty of sailing room and even though I'm a true Fl backwoods guy, the gators up there are frikken huge. Silver Glen was a great spot(although the entrance was very skinny water) along with other backwoods anchorages.(pics below)
We were the only sailboat we'd seen out there all week. Cresent lake just off the St Johns near palatka was an interesting spot we visited by car which had a group of lake sailors who'd meet up occasionally.
I really enjoyed your video and also watched your B.O.B training video. loved the part where the crew in training refused to let go of the cptn with a crunching bite on the knuckle

"..he's got me by the fuc...ng finger and I'm bleeding all over the camera!"
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your time onboard.
