Victron BM working correctly?

I finally completed my rewire project and I have a question regarding the BM. I have digital Blue Seas VM and Ammeter on my main panel. The voltage readings between the BM and panel match perfectly. However, the BM does not seem to be correctly showing Amps. When I apply a load (eg Fridge), the panel shows the amps being consumed, but the BM shows a few tenths of an amp and seems to jump around. When disconnecting all loads and resetting the monitor, it will show the correct amp draw for a couple of minutes, then drop back to less than an amp. I've configured the BM with Puekert, battery size etc. Manually reset and synched via menu, but can't seem to get the amp load to read correctly. At first I thought that the battery charger's input was offsetting the draw, but I installed one of these on a friends boat last season and checked his. His seems to be showing amp draw correctly.
I went through the settings including tail current etc, but can't seem to figure out what is going on and whether the monitor is working properly. Attached is a photo of the connections, which I'm certain are correct. One Neg to the Batt side of shunt, all other Neg to Load side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Turn off the battery charger. You are seeing the in-rush then "net" current flowing into the battery. The charger is basically powering the fridge and you are seeing the "net" current flowing into the house bank. The panel ammeter is simply measuring the DC panel load not the battery net.......

Thank you! This is what appeared to be the case, but wanted to be sure. Also want to thank you for your labeling advice, really worth the extra few minutes per crimp and those labels won't be coming off anytime soon!
