Buy a PL-259 plug from radio shack and put it on one the end of a sufficient length of RG-59U coax cable with an F-fitting at the other end that plugs into your TV. Buy a PL-258 double female connector, also from radio shack, and screw onto the PL-259 connector above. When you want to watch TV, remove the PL-259 plug on the VHF antenna lead from the back of your radio and scew it onto the adapter. This is the cheap way out, otherwise buy a Shakespeare MAMUAL 2-Way Antenna Selector (West Marine #528786 - $30.00) and simply throw the switch when you want to watch TV. I'm assuming you will watch TV only while not needing your radio! Reception is weaker for the lower channels, but decent overall.
