Very confused on Cal 35 specs

What is the difference between these 3 boats? Differences in the CAL 35

I would bet that the "85 Cal 35" is really an 80 or 81 model. She looks to be a CA built Cal 35. Cal moved construction to FL sometime in late 81- early 82 and I beleive it was about this time that the 35 changed interiors as well. The earlier 35's had the head aft while the later models were more traditional with the head forward. There are a couple of other clues including the Plastic Beckson portlights that were used on the CA models instead of the Aluminum portlights on the later models as well as the dressed up "eye brows." The same exterior cosmetic changes occured on the CAL 31 and Cal 39 at this time as well. My opinion is that the FL built boats used possibly better HW in a few places but the glasswork and gelcoat was below the standards of the older CA built Cals.
