Venture 222 rudder/tiller

Hi, I just picked up my first sailboat today a Venture 222 1973 for $300. It needs some work but a good scrubbing todau and I feel really confident I'll be on the water soon. But I found as I dug through the mess that was stored below that I have like five sails bot no rudder or tiller. Any one have one for sail? any one have plans on how to build one? Anyway as you might imagine i'm trying to figure out what my next steps are and finding a rudder/tiller are obviously high on the list.
