I just cut a hole in the port lexan (or plexi) in the head and sandwiched a pair of round stainless passive vents with some window screen between them. Butyl tape to seal (small gap in the bottom on the exterior one, for drainage just in case). The interior one has the louvers aimed upward, basically as a continuation of the outside ones, in case a driving rain tries to sneak in.
I would have used square black plastic ones, which would blend in, but my local WM didn't have any in stock, and I wanted to git er done while I had the time, so I went with SS.
Just that little vent makes a big difference, as the air would just stand in there otherwise. The head door doesn't have louvers, but there's a large gap around most of it, which makes for plenty of room for air movement. At least as much open space as the louver has.
