Greetings! I am considering adding a couple of cowl ventilators to increase air flow into the salon of my R28. However, I am having a difficult time deciding where to install them. The sea hood area (aft of the bulkhead) seems like the best location but that would require extending the vent tube through the sea hood as well as the cabin top and would not allow the companionway hatch to slide all the way forward. I've surfed the net looking for pictures of R28s that have cowl vents but no luck. The highly cambered coach roof also poses challenges. Has anyone installed cowl ventilators on their R28? Any suggestions are welcome. Cheers, David.
