Peggie, I was reading a thread on vented loops and noticed one installation that had a vented loop on the intake line and the discharge hose. Doesn't a vented loop on the head intake hose suck air when you flush? Thanks.

Not if it's the right place...
It will suck air if it's in the line between the thru-hull and the pump...it has to go between the pump and the bowl--to replace the short piece of hose the mfr uses to connect 'em. The toilet PULLS air to the pump...PUSHES it to the bowl...the loop won't interfere with anything pushed through a line.
