I'm having a problem getting these people to respond to me. Over three weeks ago I contacted them for the first time. They were going to send me the samples. Since then I contacted them twice more but I'm still waiting. I'm getting concerned about working with them. Is there someone in particular I should be dealing with? Thanks.

I could never get them to return my calls. I finally gave up.

Don, Samples arrived today

Don, I finally received the fabric samples in todays mail. They sent a total of 22 samples, each approximately one inch square. I thought I was going to get foam samples as well but they weren't included. My original contact date was 1-11-02. I spoke with Marcy all three times I called. I'm going to proceed only because they get such high remarks in this forum. I'm sure they're very busy right now. I just hope I get my cushions before the end of the upcoming season.
