Hello. My previous boat didn't use a head sail. My O'Day came with a small head sail (not sure what size) and a 150 Genoa. This sounds dumb but is the Genoa track strictly for the Genoa sail? For the Job then I only use stand up block on deck to the winch and cleat off? Lastly how much tension does one know to place on Genoa before tweaking lead cars?

All depends. What is the sheeting angle for the jib when using the stand up block? Can you use the cars for the jib? I am thinking you are using that in higher breeze, over 12 or so? You tweak the cars dependent upon the breeze you are sailing in and what the sheeting angle is. Do you have multiple rows of tell tales on your Genoa? These links should help;
