tom, i have a 1978 catalina, boat is in fair shape, sails are in very good shape. also a brand new trailer (i paid 1500). you can have the whole thing for 1500.00. if interested call me at 843-442-5442....ted

Need a main?
Tom: If you need a main sail, I have one about five years old sitting in my closet collecting dust. Your's free. This is the standard Catalina issued main sail. I even have a jack line reveed into it. Look me up in the Greenwich listing of your SBC phone book, I'm the only Bayard Gross there as I am sure no one wants to imposter me. Otherwise, I have a few other trinkets around which are yours free as well, especially blocks, lots of blocks, which I would not mind sending onto a new home where they can sit around in a plastic tray and collect dust along with the main sail.
