used boat parts

I have an oday 23 1973Were would I find used boat parts.Looking for stanchion.And possible stern rail.I would like to buy used since the age of the boat. I have owned it for about 6 months and love it.We sailed it today in about 20 mph wind . Handled like a charm.First time for me in this strong of a wind.

O'Day 22

I have been an O'Day 22 owner for 30 years.I think the price is abit stiff...without a trailer. A trailer will run you $1500-$2000 (if you need one).Small surface cracks in the gelcoat are "normal". The main thing is; Are the chainplates in good solid condition. My "22" (1972) is balsa cored,when water gets into the balsa, it begins to rot. This can be repaired by injecting non-expanding insulation foam (Home Depot)into the affected areas.If you are not fimilar with boat construction, I suggest you have the boat surveyed prior to purchase.Good Luck!
