FWIW. I happen to be in the insurance business, for the past 36 yrs I've owned an agency and represent one of the big 3. The insurance world has changed. Hate to say, but Progressive and/or USAA Aren't really worried about your 1 policy anymore. Caveat Emptor ..
Even I insure my boat with a boat ins broker with a true Marine Policy. There are big differences in coverages. Like fuel spills, accidental discharge, etc.
