For documentation purposes I am using the CG bill of sale form available on their website to finalize the sale of my boat .It's pretty self explanatory except on page two under warranties/appurtenances/limitations/exceptions.
The buyers have surveyed and completed the sea trial and have accepted the boat.
I was going to add
" Purchasers agree to take the boat in as-is/where-is condition. Owner makes no express or implied warranties of any sort as to the fitness or seaworthiness of this boat"
Anything else needs to be added?

Seems as if the buyer has already tacitly agreed to the condition of the boat. The buyer also should have indicated earlier in the deal about "after an acceptable survey and sea trial".

We never wrote a purchase agreement. They are locals who I know from neighbors that were looking and are very excited about this boat. I was upfront with them about every known issue. Macerator not working, leak in forward hatch, wind instrument not working. which were all noted in the survey. No surprises. The vessel is documented and they will be documented as the new owners but the bill of sale has to be done on a CG-1340 form.

A Bill of Sale is for when the transaction is completed- monies paid- not before. Purchase agreement is to haggle the details.
