A bit of a commute from Mukilteo, but convenient access to the islands. Also, a very nice private marina. Spent five weeks cruising Desolation with two other boats (Freedom 32, John Lund; Pacific Seacraft 34, Colin Banks) this past season. What an experience! Terry
