Universal 5424 engine instrument cluster

The instrument cluster on my universal 5424 is cracked around the edges and has very weathered look. I'd like to replace it but so far i haven't been able to find one.
At this point I'm considering recreating a new one from a plug of the old. The material would be fiberglass but im hoping to find a more flexible material.
If any readers have experience with cluster replacement, I'm all ears.

Check with your dealer for Universal engine parts, they usually sell just the panel template so you can switch your gauges over and they are not very expensive.
