Universal-25XP: dip stick backing out

For some reason, the dip stick backs out all the way out of its seat when under power. Not sure if it is vibrating out because the rubber stopper is old or if there is too much crankcase pressure and it is being blown out.
Any tips of what I should look for?

Thanks. Away from the boat, but have the technical manual (PDF) and a search does not find a breather tube or crankcase ventilation, etc. Could it be identified by another name? Do these engines have a PCV valve? I didn't see a tube coming off the air intake filter assembly.

well i am not sure about the universal system but i would think that there is a breather somewhere on that engine ...maybe some one else will chime in here and give there input

The breather is above the thermostat housing, should have a hose on it.

Get a new dipstick.
