Universal 25 Removal

I need to pull out the Universal 25 on my 1986 Cat 30. I assume that the galley sink cabinet can be removed to get at the engine. Is there any tricks to removing the cabinet?

It's not too hard to remove the galley, just remember to remove the screws that are in the port side sliding cabinet
