Well.. perhaps I can save you the trouble of looking all this up... because the consensus is that ultrasound antifouling is B.S. If it worked and wasn't dangerous... and affordable.. then every sensitive area in the country would be promoting it.. San Diego is one of those areas and NO ONE is talking about it.
