regarding specs on my H28:

First does mast height (47'6") mean height above the water?

Does displacement mean total weight of the vessel or potential displacement when fully loaded?

It generally is measured from the DWL (Design water line).. so if your mast height is 47'6", that is the minimum vertical clearance your craft needs to clear overhead objects.

Does displacement mean total weight of the vessel or potential displacement when fully loaded?

It should be the 'dry' weight without any people, gear or provisions.
