Turning block

I have a 1984 Hunter 34. The original sheave on the port side jib sheet turning block shattered last night during race. It lasted 32 years so I can't complain too much! It appears it is held in by a pin and the entire block is fastened by 4 screws or bolts since it is not readily visible down below. Has anyone out there removed this before and more importantly, any idea on the manufacturer of that turning block or sheave replacement source?

Thank you,
Randy

Randy, I am pretty sure the block is held by those 4 bolts which are threaded into an embedded plate in the combing. You'll probably have to use an impact screwdriver to break the stainless bolts out of the aluminum. The pin head has to be drilled off .. Someone on the forum has rebuilt his .. I can't find the post..
Phil here on the site may be able to get the parts for ya? or here is one supplier: http://www.ronstan.us/marine5/SAsheaves.asp

EDIT: Ahhh found it, Allan did a fine job http://forums.sailboatowners.com/index.php?threads/83-hunter-31-cheek-block-repair.155679/

I saw this post this morning but traffic held me up trying to get home to find my one and only picture.
Thanks Claude for doing the research. You can see in the photo the clevis pin is coming from the bottom up, so it can't fall out. The larger recess is where the peened head of the original rivet used to be. After the old sheave is removed, you can decide what is needed to match the inner diameter to the clevis pin. I can't remember whether I eventually got a sheave with the correct inner diameter. I think on the other side the sheave had a bigger hole but I located a bronze bushing with the correct inner and outer sizes I needed. And the thickness was right too. Those screws do go into an aluminum plate in the fiberglass. Put some anti seize on them for next time.
