I usually get my rigging supplies from these guys:

I've got a stainless mast base w/holes that allow me to shackle blocks to them to turn lines aft. From these blocks, the lines run through a deck organizer and
then through holes drilled in the cabin top coaming, then through rope clutches and finally to a winch. Works great.
