Mates: Are there any Tucson sailors out there on this forum? I'm curious as to where and what you sail. If you go to the Sea of Cortez, how far is it and where do you put in. The reason I'm asking is that it appears we'll be weighing anchor from So Ca and moving to Tucson in the near future. Any Phoenix sailors can chime in also. I've been to lake Pleasant and that is a nice location.

Last I heard, you've been looking for a C34 since you sold your C30 last fall. Did you buy a new boat? You gonna be a trailer-sailor for awhile?...RickM...

Don, I think the blue water types go to San Carlos, Mx. Good road all the way down there, and quite a bit of wind. Its about a 5 hour trip from Tucson.

...is a great bunch of sailors. They come to SoCal over July 4th to run in a MDR/SD race and return cruise. Some charter, most bring their boats. Very active group. Rick D.

Rick M: We have purchased a house lot in a location (Saddlebrooke), which is about 30 miles north of Tucson. Looks like I'm going to be a trailer sailor. Trailer sailing is actually how the whole Sail Trim Chart and Sail Trim Users Guide thing got going. About 10 years ago, I bought a MacGregor 22 at Lake Havasu, AZ and the first time I took it out I realized nothing about sailing came back to me. I guess life goes in circles.

Rick Dinon: What are you doing over here on the trailer sailor list!! Can't get enough of this sailing stuff.Where is the AZYC located. Probably, Phoenix. I know that the Lake Pleasant location has what appears to be an active sailing group
