Trying to find the screw !

Hi everyone I have a 28 Catalina 1998
The port window, the one that open is leaking by the handle
I would like to change the seal but I can not find the way to have acces to the screw
Dose someouhave a idea and a picture would help

My Lewmar window has a snap on cover that coves the center of circle screw and that is a pain to remove. I had to use a strong "Dental Pick" to do the first one then it was easy to see the "snap".

Last year I change the gasket of the handel of my port window and it didn't make a difference still leaking so I checked all the silicone around it you don't seem to be a break I make it test water The water is really coming from the screw of the handel
Does anyone have an idea how can I fix that
