They Ain't Much When You Do Get One
I was surprised and disappointed when we bought our new-to-us 1986 Hunter 31. The Owner's Manual was a slipshod, cheaply printed, vague piece of stapled together pages. So don't look for much when you find it. Instead, do some research into the systems you want to learn about. Each part has its own manufacturer and website (probably). If you are new to sailing, you will quickly learn that sailboats (like airplanes, power boats and houses) are best maintained with a systems approach. Look at each part - A/C, plumbing, electrical, fuel supply, fresh water, waste water, etc. as a separate-but-interdependent system. You can't go wrong.Take care, Joe
