I had an awful experience trying to reach them and then getting answers a couple of years ago. May have been a transitional issue. I wound up replacing my frig unit with Seafrost in large measure out of frustration. Good decision at the time, and subsequently. Good luck.
H320, the compressor is likely out of warranty, call a marine refrigeration tech in your area and let him diagnose the system.
Know where it is, nice place. Carl Anderson in Alameda is very good, if he's still there.
