troublesome leak on catalina 34

I have a 2004 Catalina 34 MKII that has had a leaking issue since it was new. Unfortunately I am the second owner and inherited the problem. The leak is along the port side of the boat and enters the interior on the right corner wall of the head. It only seems to happen when it rains, and not while washing the boat. I am hoping someone else out there has had and resolved a similar problem and would be willing to share what they did to fix the problem. The jib track and the rail track have been reinstalled, and the problem went away for a short time. Looking for the long term fix.

C34 leak

Very often is a stanchion leak, especially the port side with the vent. There is another one (vented stanchion) over the galley.
