Yes. However, according to the documentation here https://www.thetfordmarine.com/us/product/porta-potti-550p/ the pumpout hose fitting isn't interchangeable with the pour out spout. So if you'll be carrying it off the boat very often, you'll want plugs for the vent fitting and and pumpout fitting and you'll need a funnel to dump it.
