I recently bought a new seal and acrylic for my two Lewmar MKII hatches on my Hunter 306 and found that the screws are nicely corroded into the frame.

Anyone have a trick to get these out without damaging the frame?

Your picture does not show the screws you are asking about, but maybe it's because I'm looking on my phone?

Try the usual; penetrating fluid or PB blaster. Be patient & apply for several days. Hopefully it is corroded under the screw head only and not the threaded portion. After several days of soaking, if you can’t remove with the appropriate screw driver, try an impact driver. A hand held mini torch with pin point flame may also help to break the corrosion, that really won’t damage anything because you’re replacing the rubber seal & lens. May have to order new screws from Hatch Masters to reassemble & don’t forget to coat threads liberally with lanocote on reassembly. Good luck, I was sweating bullets when removing the screws on my hatch last year.
