Tri-Radial 150-155

[HERSH]

Anybody get a tri-radial 150 for their Capri 22 Mk 1 Standard rig? Who did you use?

I have 2 quotes -- FX Sails and Precision. Both around $800

I thought most people were buying D4 laminates, or 3Di/3Dl for racing these days, and radials were all but done...

Maybe a Tri-radial dacron I guess.

FX makes decent inexpensive sails, as does Mauri Pro, and pineapple.

If you plan on any kind of serious racing, consider a top vendor, like North, Ullman, Quantum, Doyle, Shore, or (I'll say it again) Elliot Pattison sails. Also for serious sails you spend more money, but take the time to talk to them, they can steer you to the best bang for your buck.
