I have a 1985, 31' Hunter and need to replace the end caps on the traveller. Does anyone have a suggestion for a resource?

Rig-rite.

Have you checked the Rig-rite site? I usually end up calling them because they seem to have a lot of information not on their website.

I replaced mine

I have a Schaefer traveler on my '88 Legend 37. I contacted them in New Bedford, MA and ordered them. If they don't have the size, then measure the width of the traveller and they can make them for you. The cost was about $20 apiece. To replace them, you may have to remove the entire traveller, incluuding all through-bolts. It will be stuck in place with the sealer that was used, so you will need a putty knife to get under it to break the seals. Then rebed the traveler with a good sealer (Lifecaulk) before securing it. Also, the traveller has a camber in it that requires you to start at one end and replace the bolts one at a time from that end. Total time about 5 hours with cleaning.
