I have a O'Day 28 and am replacing the old traveler with a nice one with a unbendable track. Anyone with ideas how to get this done?

first, where is your traveller located?? (on bridgedeck or cabintop??) All "unbendable" tracks flex somewhat. Start at one bolt hole and work your way across. When you get to the last few, you'll need 2 people. (I had my friend stand on the end of the track) Usually you can ask who you purchase the track from, to bend it with the correct arch in it. (Garhauer did this for my friend)
