Traveler Sheave Replacement

I need to replace the four sheaves on the traveler controls for my 1985 Catalina 30. Has anyone found the replacement sheaves only? Size outside diameter 1 3/4, Pin (axle) 3/8, most important thickness (width) 9/16. I have the original curved traveler, only looking for the sheaves as everything is in good condition. Any information would be helpful. Richard

You need to know who made the material. Most likely Garhauer. Stu

Hi Richard - I called Guido at Garhauer and described the sheaves I was looking for on my C36 (1986) traveller and he sent me exactly what I needed (I think the make was actually Fico or something like that but he got me what I needed). 909-985-9993 Best of luck, Trevor
