I've got a 1983 Cat 30 TR. This summer I noticed that the pulley wheels on the traveler cars are BADLY deteriorated. They are actually crumbling. I'm going to replace the traveler sheets and all other running rigging at the same time (standing rigging was replaced 3 years ago). So, anybody know how to get those things off? Where to get replacements? Are there choices or am I limited to Catalina stock? How much to pay? Thanks in advance!

Traveler blocks

To remove the blocks, pull the steel pin, inserted thru the rubber bumper, upward and out. Comes up easily with pliers. Then tap the bumper off of the end of the traveler. After trying Schaffer and Boat/US. neither of whom had the correct size, I call the Catalina folks in Cal. The price for the pair was about 100.00 including shipping.
