Has any one used the Travasak sheet/sleeping bag combo bedding? What did you like about it? What did you dislike about it?

We like ours ..

Sherry, We have the V-berth Travasak and like it very much. Works great and we use all year. Its nice to have the sheets and they are easy to remove. A bit pricey but very confortable.

We like ours too!

Sherry: We got ours for the vberth from Defender (very good price). Nice for winter/summer. One side is 10 oz. the other side is 5 oz. Just flip it over for more or less comfort. It us usually best to remove your partner from the bag before attempting this feat.

good reviews

Thanks for the reviews, guys. Steve, I will certainly take your advice before flipping it over :) I saw the used set on ebay, too. Interesting shopping . . . The RV web sites have these things MUCH cheaper than the boat web sites. I am looking at buying a queen for my aft berth, which is a really odd size. It's 20" longer than a king size bed, so no standard bedding even kinda fits it. I could sew, but the travasak looks like a good alternative. Do the sheets stay securely attached all night - until you're ready to remove them for washing?

Defender still has the vberth ones.

Sherry: Defender still have the ones for the vberth $130, (queen is $200). They are actually very good (wide at the V) http://defender.com/productsearchresult.jsp Camping World is $159 http://www.campingworld.com/browse/products/index.cfm?prodID=3928 The sheets are velcroed to the inside of the bag.
