we just pressurized our tanks last weekend (thanks for the advice).while draing we noticed our forwar sink was leaking around the base of the sink.either a bad seal or a crack in the white plastic (what looks like trap)..our aft sink is a very slow drain......I was looking to replace both "traps" however can not find then in Boat US or west marine...do they need a trap or will a 90 degree suffice? thanks rob PS these "traps" look like a small white round cup at the bottom of the sink almost ball shape.with the hose connected at a 90 degree angle.

Check at plumbing supply and RV dealers

There's nothing arcanely "marine" about sink plumbing, so you should be able to find the part you need at one or the other. If not, I don't think you really need it unless there's a one-way valve in it that prevents sea water from turning the sink into a fountain when you're heeled.

Rob: If you go to Home Depot, Lowes etc. you should be able to find the parts. I think that you will need the stuff for a BAR sink.
