Transporting with water tank full

Beneteau Oceanus 321 Carters Pt.
We have a Beneteau 321 with 55 galon water tank.
The question is ther any problems transporting the boat via trailer(aprox10 miles to launch site) with the water tank being full?

Didn't know you can trailer a B321.....

I suspect the only issue with having water in the tank is extra weight and you may get some water inside for V-berth if the access hatch to the tank is not snug.

Why give 450 lbs of water a ride? Trust your spider sense sailor.
