I'm fantasizing about transporting my H340 in summer 2014 from Los Angeles to Seattle for the summer, and then back. I don't want to take it myself. I'm looking for rough ball park ideas on what trucking would cost and what the cost for a delivery skipper would cost. Thanks

For motor/sail by a captain call Captain Ken Murray at 650-400-2779*skippermurray@hotmail.com. He is very reasonable and transported a 52 foot powerboat from Huntington Beach to San Francisco for me a year ago.
For truck transport contact Boathauling US at 651-426-0077 sonny@boathaulingus.com (his web site indicates the transportation cost to be $2.50/mile x 1159 miles). Need to factor in the haul-out/in + de-rigging and re-rigging costs.

Yup, I would figure at least $3/mile + loading/unloading, rigging etc.
