Does anyone know how I can eliminate a transon vibration noise caused by my 5 HP 4 stroke Nissan single cylinder outboard? Something is wrong here and I have no idea what the problem is. It is very annoying. Thanks.
One cylinder engines vibrate. It's just a fact of nature. But, you can dampen the effect by using a piece of rubber mat or even carpet over the transom and then mounting the engine over that.
