Can not shift forward or reverse using control handle at the wheel. By applying force to the lever on the side of the trans, I am able to shift into gear. How do I replace the cable,or how to I lubricate the cable so it will function properly? 1985 Catalina with 14 hp Universal (M-18) engine.
