Looks like I'm several days away form completing my O'Day 222 purchase. No trailer with the purchase. New priced at about 1500.00 . Any help on trailer models that might work with the shoal keel would be appreciated, since I would prefer to buy used. Thanks, Jim Coughlin

Jim - I have a 1986 Hosclaw trailer with the same design boat as yours. Previously I left it in the water all season - so I really only used it twice a year - it worked fine, but has bunk boards installed. Getting it on and off the tralier was a major task each year ecause I never had a giant truck and a steep ramp. This year I will probably try putting bunk rollers on (see recent forum on the topic) - so I would say try to find one with bunk rollers Good luck - its a great boat
