Rick;Figure on about 3400 pounds on the trailer total. Do you have brakes? If not, suggest that you do so for trailering. You should be fine with one axle.Suggest regular maintenance such as regular greasing of the hubs but strongly recommend that you pull the rims off and check the bearings. I like Timpken bearins. Make sure lugs are tight. IF taking a tire/rim off, go about 20 miles or less and retighten. check the fenders for tightness and the wiring harness where it touches metal so the insulation is not worn thru. Also, check the boards to make sure they are treated lumber and if need replacing, do so.Regular maintenance is a must for trailering. I have never had any problems with the 23.5 trailer on one axle.
