Hey, I have owned many boats thru the years and have ended up with my last one LOL. It's a 22' Vandestadt & McGruer (sp). It stays in the water in Fla during the winter at a campground. In the summer I'm in Kentucky and it's in Fla storage on a trailer. This is cheap boating and friends buy most of the fuel for my 15HP 4 stroke. The Snowbirds enjoy sailing w/me and I stay within 10 miles of the shore. For some of us, smaller is better! This pic is of me and a bud heading to San Carlos Bay for an hour or two.

Tom - That's a cool shot. How did you get the picture? It looks like you have a great place to sail with lots to see and do. Jerry

Howdy, A buddy of mine took the pic from the bridge over Mantanza pass. This is a decent place to sail w/swing keel. The problem is that it takes me 25 mins to get from the RV pk marina to the bay. I would love to know how to construct some type of tabernacle (sp) that would let me lower/raise the mast-then I could get out in 10 mins.e
